Jeff Wyler Superior Kia is looking for creative, intelligent, dedicated, and committed salespeople to join their floor! Whether you have 20+ years of experience in the automotive industry or none, let us help you set yourself up for success!
What you will do:
- Greet all customers walking in the door and direct them where they need to go or help them yourself.
- Retrieve all information from the customer upfront so that you know what they are looking for and how you can help them.
- Show customer vehicle options.
- Do walk-around vehicles with h description.
- Take customers who ca n test drive.
- Work numbers
- Retrieve credit applications.
- Work side by side with the manager to sell the vehicle.
- Communicate, communicate, communicate.
- You will need to be organized and keep all company assets clean and undamaged
- Provide customers and managers with accurate information
What you will need to qualify:
- Clean driving record.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass drug screening.
- Business attire.
- Ability to manage yourself when needed.
How will you succeed?
- Listen to and respect your managers.
- Show up on time every day.
- Stay late when needed.
- Ask questions and learn!

Job Details:
- Commission + draw
- $70,000+ a year based on your commitment and your dedication.
