Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the financing and insurance processes for automotive sales transactions.
2. Work closely with customers to explain financing options and assist with completing necessary paperwork.
3. Calculate and present financing options, including interest rates and monthly payment plans.
4. Review and verify customer credit applications and financial information.
5. Collaborate with lenders to secure financing approvals for customers.
6. Ensure accurate completion of all contract documents and compliance with legal requirements.
7. Process title paperwork and coordinate with the appropriate agencies for title transfers.
8. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in automotive finance or related field preferred.
2. Strong mathematical skills, including proficiency in calculating interest rates, loan terms, and monthly payments.
3. Knowledge of contract laws and regulations related to automotive sales transactions.
4. Familiarity with title processing procedures is a plus.
5. Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handing objections & negotiating pricing.
6. Must be able to pass our company driving policy & valid driver’s license.

This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
