Our Mercedes Benz of Louisville location is searching for a Product Specialist.
Mercedes-Benz is the most recognizable car brand in the world! And YOU will be promoting it!
Spacious and modern facility providing an excellent working environment and an attractive destination for customers.
What you will do:
- Greet all customers walking in the door and direct them where they need to go or help them yourself.
- Retrieve all information from customer up front so that you know what they are looking for and how you can help them.
- Show customer vehicle options
- Do walk around of vehicles with description
- Take customers on test drive
- Work numbers
- Retrieve credit applications
- Work side by side with managers in order to sell the vehicle
- Communicate, communicate, communicate
- You will need to be organized and keep all company assets clean and undamaged
- Provide customers and managers with accurate information.
- Etc.
What we are specifically looking for:
- Someone who can get along with our current team.
- Someone with good organizational skills
- Fast-paced workers.
- Quick learners.
- Open-minded.
- Willing to help others when needed.
What you need to qualify:
- Valid drivers license
- Must be able to complete and pass background check and drug screening
- Must be detail and goal oriented
- positive attitude
- Great customer service skills, follow up, and sales experience
- Professional attire
- Ability to manage yourself when necessary.
