Job Responsibilities

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department
Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Performs other clerical tasks as needed.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & LICENSES:

Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds to requests for service and assistance.
Communication skills Effective in both oral and written communication
Professionalism - Approaches others in a tactful manner; Reacts well under pressure; Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; Accepts responsibility for own actions; Follows through on commitments.
Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
Quantity - Meets productivity standards.
Attendance/Punctuality- Is consistently at work and on time.

Minimum Job Requirements

Diligent and confident work ethic
Excellent communication skills
High School diploma or GED
At least three months related experience
Successfully passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Must be flexible for weekend coverage
Computer skills (Microsoft, Excel, etc.,)
