As an Associate AccountDirector, you lead the business and are a strategic partner to your clients and internal teams. You are responsible for delivering on the vision: informing, guiding and supporting all team members to deliver great work. You anticipate your client’s needs and partner with the agency cross-functional teams in solutions planning. You work with the Senior PMs to manage the workflow and lead business efficiencies. You look for opportunities to deepen relationships and grow the business.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acts as a strategic partner to client, providing real-time thought leadership and solutions
  • Exhibits enthusiasm for clients’ business and industry; maintains leading edge of knowledge of clients’ business and industry
  • Own mid-level client relationships across the client organization, building trust by anticipating and exceeding client needs through delivering sound marketing solutions, reporting and insights
  • Partner with internal agency partners to lead clear briefings, help to inform business insights and oversee delivery of innovative campaigns that will drive business results
  • Provide the business expertise and Client point-of-view in internal briefings with the analytics, strategy, creative and technology teams
  • Develop an influential role with clients and a deep confidence in their trust in Javelin’s competence as a strategic partner
  • Infiltrate and deepen relationships across the client’s business
  • Develops and manages monthly business reporting

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; graduate degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience, which includes agency or client-side marketing experience
  • Experience with customer retention marketing – CRM & direct marketing
  • Automotive experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working with an integrated agency team
  • Ability to provide clear, persuasive presentations at management level
  • Excellent writing, presentation and organization skills

Javelin's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, and are required to be in-office a minimum of three days per week.

The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 - $144,000.00. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the actual salary ranges for current and former employees who are either currently filling a similar role or did in the past; the candidate’s depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations; the market demand for that role and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based.
