We’re looking for a strategically minded individual with a background and passion for building customer experiences and CRM journeys for world-class brands. Your ability to create innovative, strategic communications plans will spark new ideas and thoughtfully connect with the end-customer. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create communication strategies/CRM strategies to identify, capture, and nurture customers across the entire decision-making process.
  • Work collaboratively in an interagency team model to build customer experience programs that leverage a multitude of channels, such as web, email, mobile, and media.
  • Develop content strategies that can personalize at scale to engage different types of customers and compel them to act.
  • Distill primary and secondary research into customer beliefs, attitudes, and barriers to build compelling personas and actionable user journeys.
  • Unearth novel insights that fuel strategic plans and briefs.
  • Develop creative briefs, brief internal teams, and work with them to inspire great work.
  • Perform current state analyses including but not limited to market analyses and competitive analyses.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Sciences team to establish measurement and optimization plans.
  • Guide internal teams in the identification of marketing opportunities.
  • Set business rules for integrated campaigns and communicate rules to technology teams.
  • Collaborate closely with other vendors and agency partners to ensure strategic consistency across program elements.
  • Present strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Continually research and investigate consumer and industry trends and be recognized as a SME for our client’s business.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Must be highly motivated with a strong record of excellence and professional achievement.
  • Emphasis on qualities such as intellectual curiosity, responsibility, determination, creativity, flexibility, drive, and self-confidence.
  • Automotive experience is ideal but not required.
  • 5+ years of business experience in Marketing Strategy, Management Consulting, or Interactive Consulting.
  • In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and CRM disciplines (including primary research, customer segmentation, targeting, and direct marketing)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with various deadlines simultaneously.
  • Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and development of PowerPoint or Keynote presentations.
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills with strict attention to detail.
  • Experience managing and coordinating multiple strategy projects across internal teams and client relationships.

Javelin's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, and are required to be in-office a minimum of three days per week.

The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 – 129,600.00. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the actual salary ranges for current and former employees who are either currently filling a similar role or did in the past; the candidate’s depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations; the market demand for that role and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based.
