About The Role

As a Director of Product Management, you'll deliver impact for our customers and the business, drive product innovation, and foster a high-performing product team.

Working in the AI space, you'll have the opportunity to be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, shaping the future of marketing. Your responsibilities include understanding market dynamics, developing product vision, mapping out product roadmaps, and working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.

The role is open to candidates located in the US and can be remote within the United States. 

What you will do at Jasper

  • Driving the product strategy, ensuring alignment with company vision and business goals
  • Leading product innovation, identifying opportunities for new products or improvements to existing ones
  • Managing a product team through effective hiring, coaching, and team development
  • Continually assessing market dynamics, staying abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape
  • Defining and articulating product vision to both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Creating and executing product roadmaps, setting clear goals and timelines for development
  • Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and launch
  • Overseeing product performance, utilizing data and analytics to guide product decisions and improvements
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering best-in-class products and solutions.

What you will bring to Jasper

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience building and delivering enterprise-scale products within a technology company
  • 3+ years of product leadership experience
  • Experience in serving enterprise customers
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing product team.
  • A track record of successful product launches, showcasing an understanding of the product life cycle from concept to launch.
  • Proven ability to drive quantifiable impact to the customers and the business
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, utilizing analytics and market research to guide product strategy.
  • Experience in the Marketing vertical, serving CMO’s, VP’s, Heads of Marketing
  • Experience with LLMs, ML, and AI technologies
  • Experience with Enterprise
  • Strong customer focus, with a commitment to delivering best-in-class products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Compensation Range

At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $229,000 - $286,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
