About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent team. In this role, you will play an important part in our recruitment efforts by providing exceptional coordination and administrative support to our rapidly growing teams. You will be instrumental in delivering a seamless and top-notch candidate experience, contributing to process improvements, and assisting with sourcing and screening activities. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire candidate journey, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to onboarding, and leveraging our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to drive efficiencies in our recruiting processes.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Oversee the entire candidate journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Ensure candidates feel supported, well-informed, and enthusiastic throughout our recruitment process.
  • Manage candidates end-to-end through the Greenhouse ATS, ensuring timely progression through each stage.
  • Leverage Greenhouse effectively to drive efficiencies and streamline our recruiting processes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our teams and cultivate strong relationships with team members and hiring managers.
  • Hold internal teams accountable for their roles in the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
  • Create and manage requisitions in Greenhouse with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline manual processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Support recruiters with sourcing activities and conduct initial phone screens to ensure a robust pipeline across all roles as needed.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidates and recruiting activities. Experience with Greenhouse ATS is preferred.
  • Proven ability to write compelling and impactful communications to convert passive candidates into the pipeline, with a focus on attracting candidates from underrepresented groups.
  • Experience sourcing and screening candidates across various departments, including engineering, product, sales, and legal, at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of execution and follow-through.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to improve existing processes.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and sensitivity in handling confidential information.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator.
  • Willingness to work 2-3 days per week in our NYC office.

Our compensation range for this Talent Acquisition Specialist is $69,000 to $100,000. We determine the final package by considering experience, applicable education and training, and relevant skills derived throughout our interview process.This role also includes a competitive equity package, giving you a chance to feel true ownership of your work.
