About the Position

We are looking to add an experienced and organized analyst to our growing Global Procurement team. In this role, you’ll support both supply and demand planning, as well as procurement-related reporting and analysis. You’ll work closely with members of Procurement, as well as stakeholders across our technology group.

As our Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll help develop and maintain various reports (both in Excel and BI tools) and analyze data sets that touch on spending, forecast, and demand. You’ll work to track inventory across our supply chain and support ad-hoc analysis, such as TCO or “lease vs. buying,” to aid the team’s decision-making. And, you’ll be responsible for performing quality assurance checks, normalizing data, and communicating your trend insights to the wider team.

We’re looking for an independent and collaborative individual who can jump into the work to make an immediate impact. The right person for this role will have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working with people from all different professional backgrounds.  

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of related experience, including an understanding of supply and demand planning processes and systems, as well as spend analysis
  • Proficient in Excel, including experience with formulas and macros
  • Excellent communicator; describes detailed problems with brevity and accuracy 
  • A self-starter who requires minimal supervision and is able to problem-solve in an ever-changing and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a proactive manner
  • Fluency in English required
