Our Sales and Business Development team is currently seeking talented New Business Development Executives to support our ongoing growth and drive new business results by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of business opportunities and strategic clients relationships.

What you need.

This individual will serve as a trusted partner to both our internal Janea Systems global engineering & delivery teams and our clients internal product and engineering teams. Proven experience working in an engineering consulting or professional services company with business development, sales and quota responsibilities requiring a consultative, solution selling approach will be crucial.


This experience should cover:

  • Strong understanding of the local technology market and needs, combined with a strong “active” and deep network and/or book of business connections.
  • Sound understanding of software engineering practices and technologies underpinning the Software Development Lifecycle and development of modern and emerging products and services.
  • Applying problem solving, self-direction, communication, analytical and EQ skills.
  • Previous experience helping drive consulting, professional services, technical staffing new business development growth.
  • Deep technical account management experience, with a track record of executing on clearly defined growth strategy, target quota and business objectives and milestones.
  • Opening & penetrating net new logo accounts & negotiating MSA terms in software centric verticals.
  • Developing a thorough and detailed understanding of client’s strategic software development, engineering, and product objectives. Ability to distill down into specific software engineering technical needs and requirements and communicate clearly to Janea Systems Global Engineering Delivery team.
  • Developing & delivering against a clear and concise Business Development and Account Pursuit Plan tied to quota.
  • Ability to navigate and excel in building strong relationships from Senior-level to C-suite when working in, complex, multi-org, cross-functional (Engineering, Product, Finance, Procurement) client organizations.
