What You Will Do : 
1. Updating the budget dashboard regularly to ensure that the realization of expenses in each project and BAU is appropriate.
2. Involved in the preparation of the IT financial budget including conducting monthly and quarterly updates.
3. Ensuring the accuracy and tidiness of budget expenditures by constantly reviewing incoming invoices.
4. Prepare reports on the realization of the IT budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Requirements :

- Demonstrate an understanding of IT Finance / Accounting concepts and processes.

- Knowledge of Finance / Accounting.

- Mastering MS Excel / Google Sheets.

- Understanding of Capex / Opex / Accrual.

- Located in Jakarta and willing to work hybrid

- Available for a full time internship (min. 3 months internship period)
