About the role:
- Understanding customer business cycles in analyzing and recommending Partners and Debtors quickly and accurately utilizing technology to form a rapidly growing, healthy, and sustainable Partnership Business portfolio.
- Implement an early warning system to detect deterioration in portfolio quality.


Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and/or recommending Partners and Debtors quickly and accurately within their authority while considering recommendations from Credit Analytics.
- Recommending early alert detection activities to prevent portfolio quality deterioration using credit analytic data, debtor/partner portfolio data, and other data sources.
- Achieving business targets.
- Conducting credit processes effectively and accurately, ensuring that the work processes are carried out according to established procedures.
- Develop and implement early warning detection and proactive stress testing strategies.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or other relevant field
- More than 5 years experience in the financial industry, preferably in the SME, Commercial and/or Corporate segment
- Maximum 40 years old.
- Have performed various sales and credit or credit underwriting
- Understand the customer's business cycle by using technology to analyze and recommend Partners and Debtors quickly and accurately.
- Being able to make use of data to make decision and/or provide recommendation
- Exhibit ability to problem solve with structured and creative thinking
- Having a proactive mindset
- Possessing excellent writing and communication skills
- Proven track record of performing highly in previous role(s)
- Office suites or Google docs (sheets, docs and slides)
- Data analysis
- Good interpersonal skill
- Willingness to learn
