What You Will Do:

  • Managing the hiring pipeline 
  • Participating in the recruitment process, which involves screening and selecting ideal individuals for available positions
  • Supporting the background checking process and interview arrangements
  • Ensuring that the candidates have a good experience during the recruitment process

 

What You Need to Have: 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources related field with no class to attend 
  • Internship Experiences in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (preferred)
  • Passionate about people, services, and administration
  • Organizational Skills and attention to detail required
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication competency, both oral and written
  • Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable
  • Good team player, positive attitude, eager to learn
  • Full-time interns preferred (3 months)
  • Preferably live in Jakarta Area and willing to work hybrid
