What You Will Do:
- Managing the hiring pipeline
- Participating in the recruitment process, which involves screening and selecting ideal individuals for available positions
- Supporting the background checking process and interview arrangements
- Ensuring that the candidates have a good experience during the recruitment process
What You Need to Have:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources related field with no class to attend
- Internship Experiences in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (preferred)
- Passionate about people, services, and administration
- Organizational Skills and attention to detail required
- Demonstrates exceptional communication competency, both oral and written
- Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable
- Good team player, positive attitude, eager to learn
- Full-time interns preferred (3 months)
- Preferably live in Jakarta Area and willing to work hybrid
