What you will do:
- Work closely with the Customer Listening Squad to assist the research: help conduct the fieldwork, be adaptive to team needs and participant needs.
- Assist and practice observation and synthesizing the data, draft the report, and pulling out insights.
- Assist in telling compelling stories through research findings, help make meaning for business stakeholders, and help drive action.
 
What you need to have:
- Interest in either UX research or market research. Do note that while you may be leaning towards one, you will be exposed to both
- Have experience in quantitative method and comfortable with excel
- Strong willingness to learn, have characters of a self-starter with strong sense of curiosity
- Demonstrate potential for good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Preferably undergraduate from any majors with no class to attend
- No particular degree or past education related to the field is necessary; as long as you are curious and passionate about the subject, we’d love to hear from you!
