Jackpocket is seeking an experienced User Acquisition Manager to help lead our acquisition strategy as we continue to expand throughout the US market. You will manage paid acquisition campaigns including strategic planning, campaign creation, and optimization across digital channels, including Facebook, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, and emerging digital channels. You will be responsible for managing and scaling cost-effective media plans to drive customer acquisition and achieve marketing KPIs. We're looking for someone who is data-driven and a strong creative thinker. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage mobile performance marketing campaigns across multiple ad networks including Facebook/Instagram, Google UAC & Apple Search - campaign set up, optimization, and budget allocation
  • Monitor, optimize, and report performance on campaigns and aforementioned ad platforms on an ongoing basis
  • Meet new customer acquisition targets, CAC, and revenue goals while managing an efficient budget and LTV
  • Research, evaluate, and test new user acquisition initiatives, then analyze performance to identify the highest impact opportunities
  • Work closely with Creative, Product, and Analytics on campaign development and testing
    • Spearhead creative optimization reporting and analysis to the Design team
    • Help ideate new news or product enhancements to help UA efforts
    • Work strategically with business analysts to build cohorted UA dashboards

Qualifications

  • Hands-on B2C Mobile App acquisition experience with demonstrated proficiency managing mobile performance marketing campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, Google UAC, Apple Search, and other ad networks
  • Strong communication skills and an analytical background with a bias for developing data-driven solutions
  • Demonstrated experience working with performance marketing and media metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV) and understanding of the utilization and relationship between them
  • Demonstrated ability to own and optimize acquisition budgets
  • Proven track record increasing and scaling customer acquisition while driving down customer acquisition costs
  • Strong understanding of paid media attribution, fraud monitoring, analytical tools, testing and reporting methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • In-house experience 
  • AppsFlyer and Looker experience a plus
  • Experience working in a startup environment
