Infront X is seeking an HR Operations Specialist, who will support our global operational efficiency and overall employee experience. The incumbent will support the business by interfacing with various functional departments and focus on administration, including on-boarding of new starters and off-boarding of employees. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining the company's HR system (Workday), and accurate records covering general employee and employment information, project support, dealing with a broad range of employee questions and other administrative requirements. 

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual, an excellent communicator and influencer as well as a results-driven team player. 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain HRIS system (Workday)  accuracy and handle all troubleshooting tasks. This includes new hire onboarding, documentation uploads for new & current hires, employee transfers/hierarchy changes, terminations, and other status changes according to established procedures
  • Participate in systems enhancement projects as an SME
  • Map and document processes identify gaps, and recommend and implement process improvements
  • Support the company performance review cycle
  • Manage the New Hire and Exit Surveys and periodic reporting of results
  • Cultural ambassador - supports organizational event planning
  • Liaise with stakeholders such as Payroll, Recruitment, COE’s and ensure the output of daily work supports the work of these teams
  • Supports recruiting team with requisition review, opening/closing positions, and reporting.
  • Coordinate and prepare business unit operations report, Full Time Employee (FTE) count reports, validate vendor listing with contracts/invoices, coordinate and arrange expense statements
  • Misc. coordination work for Finance and Operations teams
  • Participate in special projects & other duties as assigned 

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Minimum 2 years of related HR experience required
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and shifting priorities, in a time-sensitive, deadline driven environment
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
  • Responsible, self-driven, sound judgement, able to work independently
  • Technologically savvy and curious with excellent computer skills
  • Comfortable working in a Team and building connections with the wider HR function globally
