International WELL Building InstituteTM (IWBI) is looking for a social media specialist to service our China market. This role is based in IWBI China's Beijing office. 

The goal for this position is to achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap. The social media specialist should have demonstrated experience and a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. You are responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to marketing, business development and education teams. 


  • Drive the daily operations of IWBI Chinese social media to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and network users
  • Manage or set up market-appropriate social media platforms including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo, LinkedIn, and other emerging social media platforms appropriate to facilitate the IWBI’s China market needs
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each social media platform
  • Initiate and partake in building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research
  • Safeguard Company’s brand and trademarks in the social media realm
  • Assist IWBI Asia’s branding and marketing leadership in overall branding and marketing strategic developments
  • Assist IWBI Asia's business development and educational operations, leveraging social media outlets 

Routine Job Duties:

  • Execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information 

Candidate Profile & Prerequisites:

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
  • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Adequate knowledge of social media optimization
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Demonstrated ability to grasp knowledge of WELL Building Standard and WELL movement; Candidates with experience in real estate social media operations is preferred; WELL AP is preferred; LEED AP is a plus; Real estate background is also a plus
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Working language: Chinese; Fluency in English
  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations or related fields

新媒体专员的目标是通过社交媒体及相应新媒体的市场推广来促进WELL与客户粘性及互动、促进与市场的紧密关系、增加网站流量、刺激目标群体对公司业务了解、 刺激公司业务发展。




  • 负责IWBI中文社交媒体平台的日常,优化自媒体宣传效果。
  • 根据业务需求而设立、管理、运营中国市场所需的新媒体渠道,包括微信公众号的采、编、写工作、设立微博账户、领英账户以及其它市场上因应出现的新媒体渠道。
  • 参与公司品牌及市场宣传部门的宣传策划、执行宣传策略。
  • 参与管理、保护公司品牌及商标在市场上的正当使用。
  • 协助公司品牌、市场推广管理层的决策制定。
  • 协助公司其他业务职能部门的业务,通过新媒体推广业务。


  • 为优化利用自媒体宣传而进行常规性调研、提升传播效力、与读者及市场进行常规性互动。
  • 在公司确立的新媒体平台上按计划进行常规宣传,包括采访、撰写、编辑、发布新媒体宣传内容,包括对文案、图片、视频和HTML格式内容的原创、整合、汇编。
  • 根据公司业务整体版图的需求,适时调整新媒体页面及文案呈现。
  • 制定自媒体宣传日程并落实执行。
  • 常规性监督、统计、衡量公司新媒体阅读量并根据分析改进方案、跟进落实。


  • 具有厚实的新媒体规划、运作、编写经验,精通新媒体生态及宣传版图。
  • 扎实的采、写、编能力,较强的文案展示能力及沟通能力。
  • 社交能力强、分析能力强、社交媒体工具的驾驭能力及优化能力强。
  • 对市场上营销、推广的渠道有较深度的理解。
  • 自学能力强,需要对WELL建筑标准及其在中国的应用有迅速掌握及应用的能力。有相关建筑自媒体采、写、编经验者优先 WELL AP优先、有LEED AP及其他房地产开发、推广背景为加分点.
  • 为人正直、工作态度健康、善于与客户及目标群体进行正能量交往;具一身多职的能力、较强的组织、执行能力。
  • 有一定的工作经验,但更重要的是有丰富的新媒体工作经验。
  • 工作语言: 中英文双语工作环境、主要的新媒体呈现职责以中文执行。
  • 传媒、新闻、市场公关、新媒体或其他相关专业的教育背景。
