We are looking for a Proposal Writer (IT Staffing and Services, US Government Contracts). Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Writer with expertise in crafting proposals for US Federal, State, and Local government RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in proposal writing, specifically with IT staffing and services proposals for the US Federal, State, or Local government agencies.
- Strong understanding of the procurement processes and regulations associated with the US government.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with proposal management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a global delivery model with flexible hours to cover US time zones.
- Knowledge of IT service models and technologies.
- Previous experience in a high-volume and fast-paced IT services environment.
Job-specific essential Requirements
As a Proposal Writer, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive and compelling proposals that effectively communicate our service offerings and value proposition. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT staffing and services industry, as well as the specific requirements and guidelines associated with US government contracts.
- Search, analyse and shortlist suitable RFPs, RFIs,RFQs,RFRs and other solicitations from US government entities and respond to requirements effectively.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and management teams to gather information and craft detailed proposals.
- Write clear, persuasive, and articulate proposal sections; translate complex ideas into easily understandable text.
- Develop and maintain a proposal library of reusable templates, standard answers, and past proposals.
- Ensure all proposals meet company standards, customer requirements, and government regulations.
- Manage multiple proposal submissions simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with deadlines.
- Adapt to changing proposal schedules and priorities.
