Job overview:

As an Integration Specialist, you will be part of the Professional Services Team, working to successfully deliver our unique and configurable solution to customers. You will provide support to our Integration Lead and Partners with high quality standards and strong commitment to excellence and efficiency. Our team is very hands-on with a strong mindset of problem solving – and has yet the ability to think holistically of the implementation and provide solutions that solve the customer long term challenges.



  • Support the Integration Lead during the integration phase from the requirement gathering, data mapping to production delivery
  • Support/assist the design of data integration by interacting with the customer’s technical resources
  • Provide guidance on best practices
  • Write the technical design document
  • Configure interfaces using Ivalua technical framework
  • Ensure technical standards and architectural best practices are maintained and optimize system integration performance.
  • Participate to the tests
  • Guarantee successful deployment to Production
  • Some travel may be necessary (~20%) 



Skills and Experience

  • At least 2-3 years experience in web-based software development and software integration processes
  • Experience with transfer protocols like SFTP, FTPS, AS2 as well as with use of APIs
  • Experience with CSV, XML or any other type of document business standards
  • Hands-on-coding experience in web based technologies is a must
  • Hands on experience building integrations with SOAP and REST API's
  • Web Services
  • Broad knowledge of enterprise level, commercially available hardware and software products, operating systems, networking systems, and methodologies and tools for integrating web-based products
  • Customer facing and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work within a multicultural environment
  • Good verbal and written communications skills in both French and English
  • Procurement experience is a plus


Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor (BS) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a closely related field or foreign equivalent
