Your Mission

As the Team Lead FP&A and Controlling, you will be responsible for driving the evolution of the FP&A and Controlling function at Isar Aerospace.

More specifically, you will:

  • Planning and Financial Modelling: Lead the planning process, develop, and maintain financial models and forecasts for short-term and long-term strategic planning.
  • Financial Reporting: Drive the financial reporting process, delivering key insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Cost Control and Monitoring: Monitor organizational spending, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for cost savings to optimize financial performance.
  • Team Performance: Implement measures to improve team performance and ensure the team is consistently delivering high-quality work.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Continually improve business partnering between the team and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and delivering significant value.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to the FP&A and Controlling team members, empowering them to perform their roles effectively.

Who you are and what you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field. MBA or masters in management are an advantage
  • At least 5 years of experience in FP&A & Controlling, preferably with first experience in leadership
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proactive can-do attitude, with solution oriented mindset
  • Manage, including time and capacity management a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluent in english

Nice to have

  • SAP experience
  • Knowledge of German
