IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Air Worthiness Release (AWR) Coordinator supporting the Utility Helicopter Project Office (UHPO) based in the Huntsville, Alabama area. An ideal candidate for this position must be able to work independently, often acting without direct supervision, be self-motivated, and able to build strong relationships across multiple project offices with all levels of government employees. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to facilitate coordination with configuration management, engineers, and project/program leadership.
Job Responsibilities:
Be responsible for managing and validating Airworthiness Release (AWR) documents within the
Utility Helicopter Project Office (UH PMO) TopVue and Fleet Management Analysis System (FMAS) database management systems
Serve as the liaison between the UH PMO and Aviation Engineering Directorate (AED) by coordinating and tracking AWRs and submitting tasks to SRD
Serve as the Field Representative for all AWR questions and responsible for informing the field of released Standard, Non-Standard and Test AWRs affecting UH/HH-60 aircraft
Provide Production AWR updates to the Business Contracts team
Prepare detailed weekly and monthly status reports to senior leadership on the status of AWRs, Aviation Maintenance Action Messages (AMAMs), Significant Actions, and trend analysis data
Manage and track platform legacy items
Manage large volumes of data and meet challenging deadlines
Active Secret security clearance required
Education and General experience:
Working Knowledge and Experience utilizing TopVue.
Excellent Customer Service
Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advance)
3+ years of relevant work experience is required.
Clearance Requirements: Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance or have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Required Travel: 10%
