501314 Program Integrator

IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Integrator to support a customer on Redstone Arsenal.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the establishment of program plans to include milestones, entrance, and exit criteria, managing cost, schedule, and performance.
- Lead the development and documentation of technical and contract requirements throughout Army Project Office.
- Work with Army Project Office programs to assess program/project technical risks related to commonality and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead arrangement for technical support of the program or technology by other internal and external organizations, managing controversial issues, and furnishing policy guidance to other personnel or outside organizations.
- Serve as Lead for functional standardization to reduce variation in key processes and internal procedures.
- Screen and edit incoming documentation to ensure it is compliant with the AR25-50 Regulation prior to Customer Command review.
- Track all external and internal taskers, engage and follow-up where needed to ensure task suspense dates are met.
- Coordinate daily with PdM and DPdM to ensure Strategic, Office, and Calendars are synchronized, and document update actions are current and relevant.
- Prepare/consolidate/coordinate technical briefings and external communications for tasks requiring inputs from IPTs.
- Plan, integrate, coordinate strategic communications across various Organizational Teams and Functional Branches - Technical, Logistics and Business, as well as with other internal and external agencies.
- Prepare and come up with new strategies to increase the output for the Product Office.
- Assimilate information from numerous sources and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Develop, write and staff briefings to officials/groups in the Project/Product Office
- Assist with daily and weekly reports to higher headquarters (Staff Call notes, significant actions reporting, and other daily/weekly reports as required).
- Understand colors of money and utilization functions (e.g. APA, RDT&E, AWCF, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.
Education and General experience:
- Bachelors degree with 10 years of applicable experience.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Level Security
Desired Skills:
- Experience supporting an Army Aviation Project Office is preferred.
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
