IronMountain Solutions is looking for an Engineer Analyst for the Air-Ground Networking Radio (AGNR) Program to support our customerin Huntsville, AL.
Job Responsibilities:
Performs analysis, review, and validation of system interfaces, documentation, reports, Performance Work Statements/SOWs, CDRLs, technical reviews of contract proposals, etc.
Assimilates technical information from numerous sources and provides recommendations to leadership.
Performs as a platform interface action officer for a designated platform or platforms (e.g. Apache, Gray Eagle, etc.) and coordinates technical development with other Project/Product Offices, other government agencies, and contractors to promote information exchange and ensure correct interfaces.
Participates in and provides input to planning and execution forums such as Program Management Reviews, In-Process Reviews, Integrated Product Team meetings, symposiums, reviews, working group sessions, etc.
Develops, staffs, and receives leadership approval/release for various briefings and documents.
Assists with daily and weekly technical reports to higher headquarters (Staff Call notes, significant actions reporting, and other daily/weekly reports as required).
Identifies and tracks technical risk areas for the program; formulates and implements risk mitigation plans.
Job requires occasional travel to support program activities.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.
Required Education, Knowledge, and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical or engineering discipline plus 6+ years relevant experience.
Must have program management experience.
Must possess sufficient software technical expertise to optimize the synchronization of component and system level development efforts.
Experience with Program Management is highly desired.
Clearance Requirements: Must possess or have the ability to obtain an active SECRET security clearance.
Required Travel: 20%
