IronMountain Solutions has an opportunity to support the Human Resources and Recruiting office. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join us as a Human Resources Recruiting Administrative Assistant. This dynamic position will be responsible for supporting, developing, implementing, and maintaining systems and processes in a DoD Contractor environment. This position requires working on-site at our office in Research Park.
Assist with phone screens, resume review and scheduling interviews.
Assist with posting job requisitions into Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Post job requisitions to state job boards / outreach platforms and track.
Assist with ATS reporting which includes pipeline, time to fill, retention, and more.
Assist with departmental processes, job descriptions, check lists, and more.
Process employee candidate referral forms and referral payments.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding, as needed.
Assist with searching for potential candidates using professional platforms.
Attend weekly tag-ups.
Administration of employee records in HRIS system.
Provide administrative support to all members of the HR / Recruiting Team.
Process verification of employment requests.
Assist with benefit enrollment.
Process employee requests and provide relevant information.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data.
Other duties as required.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.
Education and General Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
One year of recent human resource experience
Experience with SharePoint preferred.
Experience with Greenhouse preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be approachable and have good multi-tasking skills.
Must have good communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Salary is based on experience - expected salary range is $45,000 to $50,000.
