Establish strong relationships with strategic contacts within customer organizations to retain and grow existing revenue and identify, propose, and close new opportunities.
Support customers through the entire sales process.
Ensure prospects have up-to-date knowledge of new products, features, roadmap and other any other updates.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships across internal and external teams.
Develop and manage a sales forecast & pipeline in order to exceed quarterly and annual goals.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Must have 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience.
Proficient with CRMs, i.e, Salesforce.
Experience working in a start-up or similar environment.
Experience building relationships with customers in drone manufacturing and/or aviation industries preferred.
International experience preferred.
