As anAccount Manager, you’ll be an instrumental member of the Business Development team establishing strong relationships with strategic contacts in an assigned territory. In this dynamic role, you will retain and grow existing revenue and identify, propose, and close new opportunities. The position requires domestic travel up to 25%.
What You’ll Do:
Support customers throughout the entire sales process.
Ensure prospects have up-to-date knowledge of new products, features, roadmap and other any other updates.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships across internal and external teams.
Manage sales forecast & pipeline in order to exceed quarterly and annual goals.
Actively manage daily responsibilities to develop one’s territory such as cold calls, discovery meetings, sales presentations, demos, and proposals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree or seven years of equivalent experience.
3+ years of SaaS sales experience.
Proven records in exceeding quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans.
Proficient with Salesforce.
Excellent time management skills.
Startup experience a plus.
