International Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced International Compliance Manager (ICM) to join our team. This key role involves overseeing and managing the company's legal and regulatory compliance across multiple international jurisdictions, including the Philippines, India, and other potential markets such as Canada, Europe, and Costa Rica. The ICM will play a crucial role in assessing, prioritizing, and managing compliance risks, ensuring that our global operations adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Risk Management:

• Assess, prioritize, and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks across all regions where iRely operates.
• Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to local and international laws and regulations.

Country-Specific Compliance:

• Work closely with regional leads in the Philippines, India, and other countries to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Serve as the key point of contact for all compliance-related matters in these regions.

Expansion Support:

• Provide compliance expertise and support as iRely explores expansion into new markets, including Canada, Europe, Costa Rica, and others.
• Assist in establishing new centers of operations and ensuring compliance from the onset.

Regulatory Monitoring:

• Monitor changes in international regulations and update company policies and procedures as necessary.
• Ensure that the company is proactive in responding to regulatory changes in a timely and efficient manner.

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):

• Support the company’s M&A activities by conducting compliance due diligence and integrating acquired entities into the company’s compliance framework.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Collaborate with various internal departments, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure compliance across all functions.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on compliance risks and activities.

Skills and Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience in mergers and acquisitions.
• Proven experience in international compliance management, preferably in a multinational software company.
• Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in India, the Philippines, and other potential regions.
• Experience in supporting business expansion into new international markets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
