As a Business Consutant and Senior Implementation Leader, you will be responsible for guiding complex software implementation projects from start to finish. This role combines strong leadership with hands-on involvement in all stages of implementation. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate directly with clients, and ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of our software, outstanding problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor and support team members throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Project Implementation: Lead software implementation projects from kickoff through to successful delivery, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the project lifecycle, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor project team members, including Professional Services, Development, and Support, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Identify potential risks and proactively manage issues to avoid project delays.
- Escalation Management: Act as the escalation point for any project challenges, working closely with internal teams and customers to resolve issues promptly.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to both customers and internal team members on product features, best practices, and implementation methodologies.
- Capacity Planning and Resource Allocation: Manage resource allocation across multiple projects, ensuring that the team is optimally staffed to meet project demands.
- Project Reporting: Regularly report on project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership, keeping stakeholders informed at all times.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and methodologies, driving greater efficiency and success in future implementations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in ERP software implementation, preferably within a high-growth software company.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and leading customer-facing projects.
- Hands-on experience with implementation tools, processes, and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and balance competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of software development and customization processes.
- Ability to travel up to 80% to meet with clients and oversee project implementations.

- Experience in t Petroleum Distribution Software
- Experience working with international teams and customers.
