Your Role

As Product Owner of Inyova’s acquisition, you will work with our 3 investment offerings (3b, 3a and kid) that are available in 3 European countries. You will be responsible for making sure potential impact investors end up on the Inyova platform and have the best possible experience onboarding. You will work as a product owner closely together with Design, Tech, Marketing, and Customer Success to ship new features and rapidly improve existing ones.

Specifically, you will:

  • Be the Product Owner for our customer acquisition, owning the topic end to end. Your goal will be to optimise the acquisition funnel to convert thousands of people to impact investors and motivate them to spread the word about us.
  • Take all responsibilities of a Product Owner, including the lead of a dedicated scrum team for our web application and work with an external agency for our website.
  • Also take responsibilities that are often associated with Product Manager roles, owning the discovery and business metrics of the technology you’re building.
  • Own 2 different technologies, the Inyova website and the 3 different onboarding funnels (for the 3 different products) in our Inyova web app.Uncover areas for improvement by analysing data from different sources such as internal customer data, team and customers interviews, and A/B tests. You will access a variety of data sources, including marketing data and internal data sources.
  • Identify new opportunities and initiate project proposals in collaboration with marketing, customer success, UX and product teams.
  • Define and execute the product roadmap together with the CPO, the other POs, and team leads.

Your profile

As the Customer Engagement Product Owner at Inyova, you:

  • Are an experienced Product Owner (3+ years experience), ideally of a web application and / or website
  • Have a proven track record in data-driven delivery of B2C software
  • Are excited about the Inyova mission to mainstream impact investing
  • Have outstanding analytical and conceptual abilities
  • Have a strong understanding of web technology
  • Are a great communicator with working proficiency in English. German and / or French is a plus
  • SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Having experience tracking and channel acquisition is a strong plus
  • Are a lot of fun to work with
