Job Title: Director/Sr. Director, Insights and Analytics

Do you want to join us in helping to rapidly and perpetually deliver antibody-based therapies that protect vulnerable people from the devastating consequences of circulating viral threats, beginning with SARS-CoV-2?  As Invivyd prepares for our first commercial launch, we have a new opportunity for a Director/Sr. Director, Insights and Analytics.  This is a great opportunity for someone with strong and demonstrated knowledge of primary and secondary data sources and a strong quantitative mindset and ability to work with complex data sets.  This role may be for you if you can translate complex findings and insights into clear, succinct, and actionable narratives that enable evidence-based decision-making. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain product level forecasts
  • Conduct analysis using secondary data to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Develop and maintain brand performance dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to brand teams
  • Drive a culture for informed, value-added, data driven decision making that improves business precision, productivity, and performance, through the utilization of best-in-class analytical methodologies and approaches
  • Oversee the synthesis of data from multiple primary and secondary data sources (APLD, 852 & 867, DDD, CRM, etc.) to extract meaningful business insights to inform marketing strategies related to Customer Segmentation/Analytics, Promotion Planning & Performance Measurement, and Ad-hoc Analytics
  • Monitor and analyze field performance metrics to optimize promotional activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute customer engagement and IC plans to drive sales growth
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in brand insights and analytics, as well as field execution strategies

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Masters Degree in data analytics strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated success as a strategic advisor to business leaders as well as shaping and influencing without authority
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity; strong learning agility and demonstrated success solving ambiguous business issues
  • Ability to package existing disparate data and takeaways to develop new insights (market research, syndicated/secondary, analytics data)
  • Experience working with Rx, patient claims, pricing (WAC) and managed markets data sources
  • Previous work with external MR vendors to conduct required marketing research
  • Storytelling, data visualization and developing effective presentations
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to articulate and appropriately defend an insights-based point of view, persuade stakeholders and manage complex agendas
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, demanding environment; strong time management skills
  • Proficiency with SQL and advanced statistical tools and models (SAS, R-tools, etc.)
