As a member of the Talent Operations Team, the Compensation Analyst will contribute to an effective and efficient delivery of Compensation-related tasks including job evaluation, market pricing, participating in external total rewards surveys, and being a subject matter expert to collaborate with internal stakeholders such Talent Ops, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Leads and other colleagues.


  • Monitors and engages in compliance and pay practices to ensure compliances with policies, guidelines, and wage and hour laws.
  • Participates in third party Global Compensation surveys.
  • Engages in program administration of external compensation pricing and pay analytics system/software; including, but not limited to, system set up, reporting, analytics, and compensation modeling.
  • Engages in internal system data audits.
  • Partners with various stakeholders to review new roles and revised existing role to determine appropriate job grade/leveling.
  • Engages in job analysis, market pricing, and development of new job descriptions to support recruitment goals.
  • Meets established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in support of recruiting goals.
  • Provide advice to Talent Acquisition and Talent Ops teams, HR Business Partners, Leads, and business leaders on pay decisions, policy, and guideline interpretation, and job evaluation.
  • Provides salary recommendations that seek to address market competitiveness and maintain internal pay equity.
  • Works with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to standardize and streamline existing compensation and job description practice and monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Prepares relevant dashboard reporting/analytics.
  • Supports creation of development of training materials for internal stakeholders as assigned.
  • Consults with external compensation consultants for advice and expertise as necessary.
  • Keeps apprised of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations and stays informed of new industry trends and best practices in compensation.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs.
  • Professional working knowledge of compensation and job evaluation theories, applicable wage/hour regulations, and salary survey methodologies.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills to identify and solve problems
  • Independently lead projects as necessary
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Balance working independently and collaboratively
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) a plus
