Our team is in search of a Director of Engineering to help us change the way digital products are designed.

About the Team:

In this role, you will be responsible for building products that enable our users to collaborate with ease and efficiency while designing and developing digital products. Collaboration is the backbone of our product offering and you will be able to have a significant impact on the success of InVision in this engineering leadership role. You will partner closely with the Product and Design leads on vision, strategy and delivery. As the Director of Engineering overseeing our Core Experience Group, you will be leading a group of 20+ engineers and multiple managers with a lot of potential for growth.

Your area of ownership will include Document organization and Discovery, Commenting and notification across all our products and third party Integrations such as Jira, Confluence, & Slack as well as building out our new Spaces experience. With Spaces, we will create simple and delightful experiences that bring all stakeholders in the design process together to discover and design better product experiences for their customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with Product and Design leads to establish vision and strategy for our Core Product Suites
  • Hire and Develop teams of high-caliber engineers and managers
  • Partner with other technical leaders to establish technical architecture and roadmap to help InVision build a world class product.
