Search & Social Account Manager

While premium content traditionally can only be accessed through paid subscriptions, Invisibly is creating a marketplace to open up a new way to access content from top publishers and trusted journalism sources.

As a Search & Social Account Manager on the Activation team, you’ll be responsible for managing the progress and results of brand activations across search and social, evaluate account performance, optimize campaigns and report the success of campaigns to clients and partners.  This is a full-time position located anywhere within the United States.

  • Understand and adapt to Invisibly’s ongoing product and technology developments, while keeping abreast of industry trends and innovations to ensure Invisibly maintains a competitive profile and client value proposition.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring maturity milestones are hit during adoption, growth and renewal phases.
  • Execute media buys across search and social digital media channels (planning, strategy, content, buying, data/insights etc)
  • Proactively engage with customers to assess, clarify and validate success criteria to ensure value delivery.
  • Utilize analytics platforms (Google, Facebook, Twitter) and develop performance reports and dashboards (Google Data Studio, Tableau)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred 
  • 3-5 years of account management experience in online advertising - specifically Search & Social
  • Technically savvy and passionate about the latest digital trends and developments
  • In-Depth understanding of business strategy, particularly within the media sector
  • Understanding of marketing: research, campaign planning, audience segmentation, profiling and content targeting
  • Multichannel experience (paid search/social/display/programmatic) 
  • Demonstrated problem solving and project management skills 
  • High competency level of data and analytical skills, specifically utilizing Google Data Studio
  • Able to work independently and balance multiple tasks 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities with an ability to effectively connect with internal teams and clients
  • Must be able to build strong rapport and establish trust and credibility through a consultative approach.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Modeling & forecasting expertise
