Overview:
Invisible works with food delivery companies and helps them onboard new stores daily by running processes. This position is the process of Merchant Recruitment Sourcing. We assist our on-demand delivery partner in sourcing potential new merchants to onboard to their platform. 

We are looking for a Polish-speaking agent to reach out to restaurants in Poland. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to restaurants in Poland to introduce our delivery platform.
  • Complete notes from your calls into a sheet 
 

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent Polish speaker (both spoken and written).
  • Sales or customer service experience (experience in food delivery, hospitality, or telesales is a plus).
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling objections.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).

Qualifications:

  • Native-level proficiency in English and Polish languages.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience in linguistic auditing or translation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and other suite tools.

Pay Rate - $8 Effective Hourly 

Note: We are looking for someone who is fluent in both the languages (English<>Polish)

An Invisible Talent Acquisition Partner can provide more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay tiers during the interview process. For candidates outside the U.S., compensation will be adjusted to reflect local market conditions and cost-of-living differentials.

Bonuses and equity are included in offers above entry level. Final compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including location, job-related experience, skills, knowledge, internal pay equity, and overall market conditions. Because of this, every offer is unique. Additional details on total compensation and benefits will be discussed during the hiring process.
