InvGate is a fast growing SaaS company that develops products for IT management and service automation, used by clients in over 60 countries in industries such as banking, e-commerce, education and technology. 

We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Technical Support Analyst to enhance our support team. In this role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional technical and functional support to clients worldwide through various channels including email, tickets, and remote sessions (e.g., TeamViewer, Zoom).

  • Analyze and optimize client configurations, offering recommendations to improve platform efficiency.

  • Collaborate closely with our development and customer success teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
