We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Technical Support/Presales Analyst to join our team in Spain. This hybrid role combines exceptional technical support with presales assistance, ensuring our clients have an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

  • Provide top-notch technical and functional support to clients worldwide through email, tickets, and remote sessions.
  • Analyze and optimize client configurations, recommending improvements to enhance platform efficiency.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the development and customer success teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Support the sales team throughout RFI and RFP processes by providing technical insights.

Demos and Presentations:

  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations that address clients’ pain points.
  • Respond to technical questions from internal and external stakeholders.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Experience in technical support, presales, or software implementation.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments, as well as networking and connectivity.
