To support our continuous growth, we are looking for a Product Manager. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing new features to this product, by analyzing, scoping, documenting, and managing their lifecycle according to our Roadmap.

What are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our Service Desk Product team. As a Product Manager at InvGate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Service Desk App by spearheading the analysis, scoping, documentation, and management of new features in alignment with our product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze stakeholder requirements and deeply understand their needs to inform feature development.
  • Own the entire lifecycle of each feature, from conception to implementation.
  • Develop comprehensive functional specifications and other relevant documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design/UX teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to inspire collaboration and drive product excellence.
  • Contribute to the definition and refinement of our product roadmap.
  • Serve as a product expert and point of contact for various teams including Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, Marketing, and more.

 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (equivalent technical experience)
  • Proven experience in product in every phase of the Product Development Life Cycle.
  • Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Highly curious and proactive with a passion for delivering exceptional products and services.

You MUST have an advanced or bilingual level of English and have outstanding writing skills.
