Who we are looking for

This is a great opportunity to work in a SaaS administration role, supporting the Client Success team in building relationships with our user base and delivering an outstanding experience. We believe that passionate individuals with a focus on personal growth can outperform years of experience. It is how we built our business. 

Our Client Success team is fundamental in delivering a memorable product experience for our clients, providing them with the expertise, insights and guidance they need to take control of their investor marketing strategy and shareholder engagement. We are obsessed with solving our clients' problems. The role of CS Ops is to:

  • Manage the administrative aspects of the client onboarding process, including data migration, and creating onboarding packs, web banners, and other collateral;
  • Support the administration of client projects, including editing simple video content, creating webpages, and email campaigns;
  • Maintain the hygiene and accuracy of Hubspot CRM and Vitally CS software;
  • Create client proposals and coordinate billing;
  • Data entry to support CS processes; 
  • Proactively identify team and client needs, and collaborate with other internal teams to ensure client success.

Requirements

You have

  • Exemplary organisation skills. You're the type who loves lists and getting things done correctly.
  • Very strong writing skills. You can write simple and compelling emails with ease.
  • A passion and strong eye for design.
  • A true learning and self-development mindset.
  • A genuine desire to work in a truly fast-paced start-up environment.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit that allows you to develop creative solutions to problems and execute them.

The Journey

Within 3 months

  • Become familiar with our product offering and processes;
  • Learn about listed capital markets - incl. capital raising, investor relations, market engagement best practices and relevant regulation;
  • Take charge of all process and project administration for the team.

Within 6 months

  • Act as the voice of the client in our product development process and support the review/iteration of existing features;
  • Contribute to the strategy for the Client Success team and begin defining new processes and best practices.

Long term
