Join In The Pocket’s Marketing team and take the branding of Europe’s finest Digital Product Studio to the next level. You own the In The Pocket brand, the creation of our marketing assets and the visual design of our content. From concept to execution, you bring our brand to life and keep it consistent across various touchpoints. You’re part of the Marketing team and work closely together with In The Pocket’s design team.

We’re a team of 140 engineers, product designers and strategists with a passion to create digital products that make people happy and businesses grow. From strategy to product launch and beyond, we work in strategic partnerships with companies that take their digital future seriously.

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll own the In The Pocket brand and keep it consistent across various touch points using your third eye for great design
  • You’ll work closely together with our entire Marketing team to shape creative concepts that stand out. Your design and input will lift up our marketing campaigns, events, social content etc. 
  • You’ll sharpen our website together with the Marketing & Design team, and make it breathe what we’re all about 
  • You’ll finetune and streamline the way we work by creating templates, sharing knowledge and introducing efficient processes
  • You’ll set and raise the bar for design excellence within our brand
  • You’ll work collaboratively with different stakeholders and teams to craft strategic brand experiences

Qualifications

  • You are a brand guardian; nothing off-brand gets to see the daylight. Your work conforms to our core values
  • You are highly motivated to contribute to the Marketing team and bring In The Pocket’s brand to astronomical levels
  • You’re creative and love to experiment, always with a laser focus on great design
  • You can juggle with the multiple aspects design entails - photography skills, video, motion graphics, illustration, and conceptual ad skills are all a big plus
  • You know the ins and outs of the Adobe Suite and Figma doesn’t sound like a tropical disease to you 
  • You know your digital specs from your print specs and you can design anything from a LinkedIn banner to a web case or a full-scale integrated campaign
  • You have a Bachelor's degree laying around somewhere in your attic or equivalent experience that makes you a confident designer (Graphic Design or a similar BFA major is preferred)
  • Web design knowledge will make you score
  • CMS (like Webflow) or HTML / CSS knowledge is a  plus 
  • Ideally: availability of 3 days per week
