What is the Role:
As a Field Supervisor (Day Shift) at Intersection, you will oversee and coordinate the installation and removal of advertisements and advertising structures. You will also have operational oversight of day shift union install team, assists in the initiation, evaluation, and implementation of new media installations and provide assistance for posting and maintaining static displays and other IxN advertising assets as special circumstances warrant.
Responsibilities:
Train and supervise day shift union installers
Schedule and assign day shift ad installations and removals
Utilize and update daily work database systems for ad installs and removals
Initiate, coordinate, and enforce operational policies and asset installation procedures
Perform regular field inspections of union employees activities and our advertising assets
Maintain standards of health and safety within daily activities of day shift union employees
Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
Requirements:
3+ Years of supervisory experience required
Light Construction experience required
Vinyl Graphic install experience preferred
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Proficient in Word, Excel and Google Office Suite Products
Excellent communication skills
Clean Driver’s License
OSHA 10 preferred, but not necessary
