About the 2021 Unqork Internship Program:
This summer join Unqork in the no-code revolution! Unqork is seeking talented and driven individuals to participate in an exciting two-month internship program. During these eight weeks, you will be immersed in our inclusive and stimulating culture, working closely with some of the city’s best talent in your field and learning about the industry from veteran mentors.

Program Dates
8 week long remote internship from June 14th through August 6th. We will kick-off your welcome with two days of training and orientation.

About your team:
The Enablement team is responsible for maintaining Unqork center of knowledge and helping our customers, partner, and employees to learn how to use the Unqork platform. We handle a wide range of functions, including training, documentation, video, assisting with configuration builds, working with clients to help provide training and documentation, and offering our expertise to anyone who needs us. Most importantly, we work as a team.
The opportunity:
As an Enablement team intern, you will learn how training is conducted and how documentation is written. You will learn how to manage your time and help others manage theirs via assisting with scheduling, client communications, and facilitating various tasks such as meetings with Subject Matter Experts who can best assist with questions about the platform that our writers, trainers, and customers come across. You will gain exposure to grading processes and certification processes for our clients and internal staff regarding the Unqork Academy. You will also have the opportunity to provide valuable feedback about the training courses as you learn and grow with us.
Who you are:
- Interest or background in technical training and writing
- Background in journalism, technology, or communications helpful but not required
- A desire to build applications in a no-code platform. A genuine willingness to learn.
- Must be detail orientated
- A strong communicator capable of handling multiple projects
- Strong business acumen and public speaking ability to interact with clients
What we’re looking for:
- Basic computer science knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Basic API knowledge is a plus
