About This Job:

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for driving the execution of one or more scrum teams, owning progress, quality and timely feature delivery, along with managing dependencies across teams. You will implement and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support the team in their adoption of Agile (shu-ha-ri), remove impediments, and build strong partnerships to drive a data-driven continuous improvements culture. You will work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment that crosses multiple technology domains, business teams, and offices.  


  • Manages the functions of an Agile Scrum Master combined with strong project management skills 
  • Drives Scrum practices and ceremonies effectively 
  • Ensure Scrum team achieves planned commitments through accurate forecasting and eliminating impediments and friction over time 
  • Develop an escalation/remediation plan for Scrum team and act as the Lead point of contact for escalation for the team; and removal of blockers during sprints 
  • Analyze, monitor, measure, and report progress of the team by leveraging team execution metrics 
  • Fosters a continuous learning environment, based in data, and helping teams to inspect & adapt 
  • Conduct training and workshops to improve quality of story writing, story estimation, product and capacity planning 
  • Drives common practices within the Domain team and across the organization thru collaborative mechanisms like Community of Practice (CoPs) and training workshops 
  • Provide servant leadership and partnership to Development and Product Leads to make incremental improvements to planning and execution 
  • Works closely with cross-functional groups including internal stakeholders and external clients and vendors to plan, scope, develop and deliver new platform features, enhancements and technology-based solutions 
  • Identify trade-offs between short- and long-term benefits to drive shared vision between the Team and Product Owner 
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to coach and mentor all roles on a Scrum team 
  • Keep internal stakeholders briefed throughout the SDLC process, publish sprint status reports and share timely statuses with external clients and vendors where applicable 


  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with at least 2 years of extensive, hands-on agile project management experience leading two Scrum Teams 
  • Strong experience with different Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) and how they support iterative software planning and delivery 
  • Strong understanding of Agile metrics and how to best implement improvements that foster happy, self-organized Scrum teams 
  • Hands-on experience with continuous integration tools and practices  
  • Hands-on experience in the planning, management, and delivery of projects cross-teams in a collaborative and virtual environment  
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills including the ability to deal with all levels in the organization 
  • Excels at building strong working relationships with a high-degree of team collaboration 
  • Highly organized with careful attention to detail 
  • Experience with ADO, JIRA or other Agile tools 
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft 365
