ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

The Analyst tracks collects, visualizes, and interprets data from internal sources, by manually gathering and building reports in excel from information gathered to help the company identify sales opportunities and performance. The Analyst is an expert in building accurate, reliable, and precise reports, dashboards, forecasts, attribution models and serves as the smart hub for the revenue team, connecting all teams and impacting all lines of business.  

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Monitor the day-to-day Sales revenue operations within the company (Revenue Management, Agent Activations, monthly performance by sales territory and agents)  
  • Design and prepare monthly and quarterly reports to be shared with management, company budget and sales forecasting  
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms, develop business insights with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics and action plans base on the information gathered and reviewed  
  • Gather data and build manual reports in Excel from internal and external sources focus on team performance, areas of opportunity with actionable next steps.  
  • Produce easy-to-understand, error-free reports and dashboards that provide business value to our customer and sales teams. 
  • Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership 
  • Fulfill all special and ad-hoc analytics needs for the Revenue team.  

Qualifications/Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of Experience in Sales Analysis preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree with preference in Economics, Statistic, Business, Marketing or other quantitative disciplines. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA, Macros, Pivot Tables, array functions, Power Pivots) 
  • Experience with SQL queries is a plus 
  • Advanced experience in dashboards, data visualization, reporting tools such as Tableau, Salesforce’s Einstein Analytics 
  • Highly personable, energetic, motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented 
  • Superior oral and written communication skills· high level of organization and detail-orientation· Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking 
  • Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus
