Our Recruitment team is seeking a focused and fast paced Recruitment Sourcer who will help our talent team mine for top notch candidates utilizing our tools and resources.

What You Bring

Experience with sourcing and recruiting for Sales focused positions
Strong experience using Indeed, Linkedin and other boards to scan for resumes, contact and screen qualified candidates
Manage and maintain developed talent pool and pipeline
Partner with head of Talent Acquisition on assigned tasks
Maintain a continuous recruiting model in order to always find the best talent for the company

What you have:

2-4 years in Staffing and/or Sourcing Agencies
Bilingual skills required: English and Spanish
Bachelor's Degree, or industry experience preferred
Experience with modern ATS such as Greenhouse and Lever
Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience
Strong command of Employment Law, diversity, specifically in areas of recruitment
