Position Summary -
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Finance to lead our financial operations in India. As a key member of the leadership team, you will report to the CEO and play a critical role in driving financial excellence, compliance, and strategic growth initiatives.
What will you do -
1. Drive Financial Strategy and Operational Excellence:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business
- Enhance performance management and accountability for operational
- Utilize data analysis and automation tools to support scaling and informed decision-making.
2. Collaborate as a Cross-Functional Business Partner:
- Partner with the leadership team to provide financial

3. Own the Financial Model, Improve the Planning Process, and Use Financial Analysis of Key SaaS Metrics/KPIs to Influence Business Decisions::

What you will bring -
- Thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven culture with experience establishing systems and processes in a technology
- Demonstrated success in a senior financial leadership role within the SaaS industry, preferably with experience scaling high-growth
- Strong operator and leader with the ability to transform finance teams, processes, and systems; implement and track KPIs; and optimize
- Experience with investor relations and financing (including debt and equity financing) will be appreciated, along with treasury
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to board members, investors, leadership teams, and broader company
- Global financial management experience with international finance, compliance, and tax strategies across different
- 10+ years of increasing financial leadership responsibility with deep experience in operational finance and FP&A.
- Experience implementing modern finance tools that help scale and influence a company’s digital
