Do You Make the Cut?

Assistant/ Manager- Total Rewards, and HR Operations, HRBP- US & India

You will be instrumental in driving our growth and playing a pivotal role in advancing performance management practices while overseeing the development of our reward philosophy and operational excellence.

What You Will Do:

  • Total Rewards: Strategically plan, deploy, and manage total rewards programs, including performance management, compensation, benefits, and global operations covering India and the US. 
  • Performance Framework: Design and implement performance measurement and management frameworks aligned with our organizational goals and values, enhancing performance and engagement. Define job architecture and competencies to drive performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead efforts to elevate HR operations by centralizing employee database management, optimizing employee life cycle management, and ensuring streamlined payroll and compliance operations. Serve as the primary point of contact for labor and compliance matters in India and the US. 
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to develop recommendations for refining job architecture, salary structures, and benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Compensation Strategies: Develop total compensation strategies to retain top talent while maintaining internal equity and competitiveness in the market.
  • Vendor Relations: Oversee vendor relations to ensure alignment with company objectives globally, fostering beneficial partnerships, and negotiating with a frugality mindset.
  • Compliance Management: Manage monthly payroll and compliance delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ensure compliance with US labor laws and regulations, advising management on necessary actions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data reporting and policy creation and maintenance, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Employee Value Proposition (EVP): Lead in crafting our EVP and recommending benefit changes to enhance organizational success.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 6-12  years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in total rewards, including performance management framework design, compensation administration, and benefits programs.
  • HR Operations experience, managing the entire employee life cycle for global organizations. Good understanding of employment contract and labor laws
  • Highly analytical and metrics-driven, adept at leveraging technology for process optimization.
  • Proven success in designing and implementing competitive and equitable compensation strategies aligned with company values.
  • Bias for action and problem-solving mindset, with a track record of effective teamwork.

Good to Have:

  • Experience managing equity plans, preferably with Global ESOP implementation familiarity.
  • Proficiency in designing and executing Total Rewards programs in rapidly scaling organizations.
  • Strong networking skills, adept at building relationships and leveraging networks effectively.

Measures of Success:

  • Timely and accurate reporting.
  • Up-to-date maintenance of employee records.
  • 100% compliance with labor laws and global audit requirements.
  • Cost optimization and automation where applicable.
  • Timely execution of organization-wide programs related to Performance Management and Total Rewards.
