Intercom's Global Sales Organization is continuing to scale and the Sales Enablement team is evolving to support this growth. The Enablement team’s mission is to empower Intercom sellers with the right stories, knowledge and go-to-market skills that will drive valuable engagement with prospective buyers. 

As Senior Enablement Manager, SDR, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering enablement programs for Inbound and Outbound SDRs. We’re looking for an experienced professional who specializes in Pipeline Generation, Prospecting and Discovery programs with an emphasis on Outbound. You will have the opportunity to help us shape how we deliver best in class enablement around the globe, focusing on EMEA. 

The role requires excellent organization and communication skills. Additionally, effective cross-functional collaboration with Sales Operations, Marketing, SDR Leadership, Sales Leadership, and Sales Representatives is required. You will work closely with the Global Sales Enablement team to leverage existing content where necessary, and you will also develop EMEA-specific content.

What will I be doing? 🚀

Reporting to the Director of Global Sales Enablement, you will own and drive Intercom’s SDR enablement activities and programs in EMEA. You’ll be responsible for: 

  • Onboarding new SDRs in EMEA
  • Scoping knowledge gaps and enablement requests to assess the right enablement approach 
  • Design, development and delivery of SDR education programs, utilizing blended learning methods 
  • Managing comms and calendars related to training programs
  • Facilitating training sessions (in-person and virtual) 
  • Implementing effective post-training comms and access to resources
  • Setting program goals, measuring results/KPIs of the program and documenting success 
  • Project managing and enhancing SDR enablement programs, such as EMEA SDR Onboarding

What skills do I need? 📖

  • Successful experience in direct sales (as AE or SDR) with an emphasis on: outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead qualification. Additionally, experience in any of the following: sales enablement, coaching, education, training, and/or curriculum development
  • Experience in delivering presentations and training, both in-person and virtually
  • Experience in designing self-paced learning 
  • Group facilitation skills; running workshops, role plays and hands-on learning activities
  • A highly motivated, self-starter, problem solving attitude
  • Ability to proactively manage multiple business stakeholders and work with all seniority levels across the business
  • A basic understanding of GDPR data and communication policies 
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skill; positive, flexible

  • Experience using, Outreach, 6Sense 
  • Experience at a high growth SaaS company
  • A background in methodologies like Challenger Selling, John Barrows’ Filling the Funnel and/or Command of the Message preferred
  • Worked in a globally distributed team
