What's the opportunity? 🤔

As a Customer Growth Relationship Manager, your role will be focused on generating new annual business from existing month to month clients. Your job will be to identify growth opportunities and negotiate annual contracts, increasing account value & stability. You will also work with our relationship management team to smoothly transition the annual contracts you’ve closed.

 

What will I be doing? 🚀

  • Outbounding into month-to-month customer base to expand and/or convert to annual agreements
  • Holding thorough discovery calls
  • Navigating stakeholders to move customers from monthly to annual agreements
  • Prescribing and demoing Intercom products
  • Expanding use cases and capturing additional contract value by helping businesses purchase for future scale
  • Managing complex legal and procurement processes
  • Negotiating contracts   

 

What skills do I need? 📖

  • 3+ years experience as an Account Executive
  • 1+ years of SaaS experience selling similar products
  • Strong sales instincts and track record hitting and exceeding quota
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Experience multithreading in an organization
  • Ability to navigate complex deal cycles (legal procurement)
  • Exhibits a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and ambition
