Job Description

The Recruiting Coordinator will support a team of Specialists by managing the behind-the-scenes processes that assist and maintain the Intercare Talent Acquisition team operations.

Primary Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates through Applicant Tracking System, job boards, social media, referrals and utilizing other creative recruiting strategies to identify top talent
  • Rapid, high-volume, thorough review of applications for both clinical roles and ongoing administrative vacancies, identifying strong, talented candidates with haste and efficacy
  • Communicate quickly, professionally, and efficiently with candidates via e-mail, text, and phone to schedule screens and virtual interviews for team of Specialists
  • Manage process of collecting and tracking candidate recommendations and references 
  • Working in partnership with the Director, Talent to generate, maintain, and execute job advertisements/postings
  • Manages database integrity and quality of the Applicant Tracking System including updating candidate statuses, job statuses, and requisition reporting
  • Manage ad-hoc recruitment projects at the discretion of the Director, Talent Acquisition and Senior Director, Talent Acquisition

Requirements

  • 3 months to 1 year+ of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources
  • Dedicated to support related job functions and/or tasks that enhance team productivity, efficiency and streamlines operations
  • Hyper-detail-oriented and organized: keeps track of multiple projects and priorities using organizations tools, plans, timelines
  • Self-disciplined: approaches work with consistency, reliability and punctuality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to communicate effectively without grammatical or spelling errors, public speaking experience a plus
  • ATS and/or CRM exposure (experience preferred)
  • Team player attitude: ability to build rapport and trust with colleagues and demonstrate alignment with team’s priorities
  • Healthcare experience preferred (ABA exposure)

Work Demands

  • Some evening work expected during high-volume recruitment periods

Required Credentials: High School Degree Required (AA and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
