The Mid-Level Client Manager Role

Client Managers at Interbrand are great communicators and passionate collaborators, with drive and attention to detail. They help manage and support our key accounts/ projects and have a strong commercial understanding of budget management linked to deliverables and resource. They enjoy problem solving, bringing teams together, managing them, and identifying potential issues before they happen. By doing this, they become indispensable to our us and Clients, contribute to our Onefirm culture and help ensure Interbrand remains one-step ahead.

 

Responsibilities

  • Primary support for Senior Client Managers/ Client Directors
  • Point person for day-to-day tasks and projects - create and maintain clear lines of communication with Clients and internal teams
  • Collaborate with agency teams – including Strategy, Creative and Finance
  • Ensure work is produced on time, to brief, on budget and to required profit margins
  • Review weekly timesheet/ financial reports to ensure projects are on budget
  • Prepare and take responsibility for project billing each month, partnering with Client Directors and Finance
  • Create and manage project budgets; write cost estimates/proposals, timing plans, clear and concise contact reports, statuses etc.
  • Review/proof-read work before it goes to the Client
  • Collate all project-relevant documents and information into the relevant file on the server for team access

Qualifications

  • Graduate or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in Client Management, ideally within a creative agency or branding agency environment
  • Category-specific experience a major advantage
  • Proficient in relevant IT software and systems (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
