We’re looking for a Consultant who can think fast and act thoughtfully.

You are

  • A true multitasker – striving at handling multiple things at once while still thinking them trough deeply
  • Excited by the combined power of strategic and creative brand concepts to create the next generation of icons
  • The kind of person that pays attention to the details
  • Adding first experiences (1-2 years)  in branding, consulting, innovation or research to our team
  • An active follower of everything branding across various channels (Insta, TikTok, Twitter, etc.)
  • A doer as well as a thinker
  • Fluent in English and conversational in German

You will

  • Be an important part of our open-minded, highly collaborative, and international team
  • Work in a lively office culture that encourages you to take an active role, experiment, learn and grow
  • Be comfortable working with qualitative and quantitative data
  • Keep a beady eye on the brand world., stay up to date with the businesses we work with as well their competitors to help them change the conversation.
  • Create presentations people will remember.
  • Create and present thought leadership and client work at internal meetings
  • Have a lot (like really, A LOT) of client interaction and perhaps even the chance to take on a client lead role
